Our professional association has long been considered the most active and influential funeral service association in the nation, and we want you to enjoy the benefits of our progressive leadership. There are five categories of membership:

| Firms with 51-500+ services per year (one or more licensees) | $500.00 |
| Individual | $325.00 |
| Non-resident | $325.00 |
| Student/Intern | $275.00 |
How to Join
We do our best to make it easy to join. All you need to do complete a copy of our two-page membership application, attach a check or money order in the required amount, and mail it to us using the following physical mailing address:
